It is not only a problem in the ocean, it is a problem everywhere. This problem applies to the whole world, not only Kenya. In Kenya it is just obvious. The Europeans make it easy for themselves, they ship their garbage, the dangerous of course, the particularly polluting, to Africa. So Europe stays clean and Africa decays in the garbage. This is also economics, economic relations.
